This program is designed for individuals who need a little extra time and support on their nutrition journey. If you've been managing chronic illness or multiple conditions, the extended number of sessions together and my personalized approach to your needs ensures comprehensive care. There will be frequent check-ins and in-depth discussions to address your unique needs. Together we will discover the nuances of your health and develop effective strategies to improve your well-being with a personalised nutrition plan.

This program is ideal for individuals with multiple health concerns needing more support and attention than in the Foundation or Signature Programme. Whether managing a chronic condition, recovering from surgery, or dealing with multiple health issues, this program provides the additional time required to support you. With an extended number of 1:1 sessions you’ll receive comprehensive support, including in-depth discussions that address your health nuances, detailed assessments, and a tailored nutrition plan.

Which ever support package you choose it will begin with a complimentary 20-minute telephone or zoom call to talk through your health concerns. This will enable us to get to know each other and decide which programme will suit your wellness journey plans and ultimate goals.
Before your first consultation, I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire that details what health concerns you wish to address along with examples of your current diet, exercise routine and medication/supplement information, sleep habits, and previous illnesses. This information will support the foundation of the personalised naturopathic nutrition plan that will be provided.
Your first consultation will be for 60 minutes and will be online via zoom when I will dive deeper into your healthcare concerns and discuss any tests you’ve already had completed. This will help me fully understand you, how your family history may have played a role in what you are experiencing. Also, how food choices and medications influence your nutritional status. After this, you will receive your personalised recommendation.
Following on from your initial consultation, you will receive shorter follow-up consultations at regular intervals. During these, I will be able to monitor your progress, give support, discuss your priorities, and provide additional guidance as to how you can achieve your short-term and long-term wellness goals.
